The errors carry on through the next page.Complicating the issue is that someone has partially proofed these pages and there are a couple of transcribers.I am finding them almost impossible to proof so,sorry, I have to hand them over for help.

Teakles was a semi -common name and there was a Dr Arthur Benton Teakles.
