I am the historian of my town Greenfield Park Qc County of Chambly Vercheres. Greenfield Park is listed as St. Lambert town on the 1911 census. This section was transcribed by John Menzies. I have found MANY errors in the transcription. How do I list every one so that they can be changed? John Riley

Anyone who is registered for the 1911 census can proofread the pages and suggest changes to the transcribed values. Ideally, the transcriber will review the changes with reference to the images of the original documents. Failing that, a volunteer will do the review later. Keep in mind that the transcriptions must reflect what was written by the enumerator, not what is 'correct'; cases of error by the enumerator can be handled (if significant enough) by the use of 'surname notes' or 'line notes'.
