I cannot figure out the Surname on Line 10 -his given name is likely meant to be William N. I have searched the alphabet at PANB! Thanks!

I read Nobes for the surname.

Cheers,

Cheryl,

Would you believe the surname is McLeod!
Although I can not read McLeod without contortions.

Most member of the first three household members of this page are duplicated on page 32.
1911-1911 link done.

Cheers,

Hi Alain - I do not see "McLeod" on line 29 Page 4 District 1 Lancaster Parish,St. John. Also, when I go to Page 32,I do not see any of the same people as are on Page 4. Somehow, we have our wires crossed!
There are no people on Page 4 linked 1911-1911.Maybe,somehow we are looking at different pages?I checked some of the surnames from page 4 through the surname Index for the district and do not find duplications. :?: Cheryl

I don't think it can be a 'V', because that would make the 2nd letter 't', and that doesn't compute. Can't make out the middle letters, but I think it ends in either 'lis' or 'las'.

Cheryl,

Oops  ,
My response was to 1911 / New Brunswick / Kings and Albert / 26 Sussex / page 29. / line 10, your first request of this thread.

As for 1911 / New Brunswick / Saint John / 1 Lancaster Parish / page 4 / line 29, I can not hasard a guess on that one.

Cheers,
