In searching for my family's data, I found corrections to be made. In Chicoutimi-Saguenay, paroisse de St. Joseph d'Alma, on pages 2 and 3: the family name can be transcribed correctly as: Bherer (accent aigu on first e -although various spellings of an originally German name exist). The list of family members is: Jean-Baptiste, Jessie, Henri, Adelard, Anna (? - in the family, she was Irma), Odille, Joseph (my grandfather) and Alphonse. Merci!
