http://www.automatedgenealogy.com/censu ... mode=proof Page 12 has been claimed as proofed when, in fact, only one person was changed on Line 12 and I just finished the rest.I made a note about what was wrong with that proposed change. If her name could be removed, I would claim the page in case any questions arise from the work I did. Thanks and I wish all of you who have worked all these years a very Merry Christmas. 15 years now!!! Cheryl Martyn |

Hello Cheryl, Indeed, it's quite frustrating for you not to be able to register as the proofreader. Hoping that Lindsay or Marylin will do something about it. Meanwhile, I reviewed all your requests for correction and left three cases for your appraisal or further searches. Thanks for your dedication and merry Christmas as well, hoping that Santa will stay a long time with your family. Michel Dubois, Quebec City. |

I have removed the proofing credit so you can claim the page now. Thanks for your work and Happy Holidays! |

To Lindsay and Michel - thanks for your help. I have claimed the page and looked after your suggestions. I agree with surnames "Shey" and "Peter". I think, if you view the note I wrote about the given name "Annie" you will see that the "T" in "Thomas" does make the 1st "n' in "Annie" look like a "g" but it is "Annie". This area was done by Mrs. Davidson (who has been deceased for many years) against some really bad writing and not so sharp computers as we have now so there are many errors - a lot in surnames which makes it so difficult to find people. If anyone needs a district to judge, this would be a good one! Hint Hint I was away from this for quite awhile as I needed eye surgery which was successfully done this fall so now I am able to proof again. Believe it or not - I missed it!! Thank you both and best wishes to your Mom, Lindsay. Cheryl |
