Highly debatable. It can definitely be read as Delia.

What do you read for line 18 given name?

Je lis Délia.
Regardez la ligne 10, le prénom Cordélia. Le "a" est très semblable à la dernière lettre du prénom à la ligne 17.

Cette Délia est nommée Marie Alphonsine à sa naissance le 28 février 1882 et baptisée le même à Ste-Rosalie, comté de Bagot.
