Post subject:  Double entry on a single line

I've come across a page where the transcriber has recorded the second entry as a line note rather that entering as a proper entry. Having never transcibed, only proofread, I'm unsure of how to get Antoinette properly in the index. Can someone help with this?

Mark,

I seem to have lost the ability to add a line to the 1901 census, therefore I requested to a higher authority to add thge extra line 17.

All the best in the New Year,
