I have looked over the page and it looks correct to me. This is the appropriate way to transcribe two entries squeezed onto a single line. If I were to renumber the page, the rest of the line numbers after #3 in the transcription would not correspond to those of the original.

But perhaps I have misunderstood your request?

I used to think that two lines with the same number was inappropriate.
