These names and all others on the page are linked to the wrong township/county the township is Puslinch in Wellington County, and "Brock" refers to the Brock Road. Beaver Nicholas 32 West Ontario (county) Brock township part 2 248 p. 26d, 27a, (53) 22 Beaver Nicholas 3 West Ontario (county) Brock township part 2 248 p. 26d, 27a, (53) 28 Peter Beaver is also 52 not 32 |

Marilyn, Here is a correction for Lindsay: The 1852 / Canada West / 26 Ontario contains three entries for subdistrict 248: A) 248 Brock township part 1 A NA Brock township part 1 The manuscript census returns for this sub-district/division no longer exist. B) 248 Brock township part 2 A LAC Brock township part 2; and C) 248 Brock township A LAC Brock township - includes the south half part 3. For item A, there are no original document available thus assuming that the description is valid; For Item B, the description at the top of the original page 1a states "Puslinch Division 2 N East Side Brock Road" while For Item C, the description at the top of the original page 1a states "Enumeration District # 5 being part of Township of Brock in the county of Ontario comprising the South half of the said Township. Also the LAC description for item B is Quote: Province/Territory: Canada West (Ontario) "District Name: Wellington (county) Sub-District Name/Description: Puslinch part 2 township Schedule: A Therefore item B need to be moved under Wellington County and renamed: "367 Puslinch township part 2" with "Division 2 N East Side Brock Road" for the description. In view of this impending change, I question the validity of the info note "personal census is incomplete for this area" for the currently listed 367 Puslinch township which should also be rename to "367 Puslinch township part 1".
