When I go to re-register it says my email is already in use but I can't remember my user name?
I don't think any of my corrections have been reviewed in well over a year.
I'm working my way and am about half way through proof reading 1911 BC Comox Atlin

It is not clear whether you are trying to register as a volunteer on the census pages or on the message boards. The two registrations are completely separate. The user name on the 1911 census pages is your email address.
Please clarify which registration is causing difficulties.

It appears that the transcribers of the pages that you are proofreading have become inactive. In this situation, an evaluator will eventually adjudicate your corrections. In the meantime, your corrections are flagged and available for the benefit of researchers.
