For years I have been a good volunteer member of Automated Genealogy and now I have been banned. I have made many proof corrections and cannot understand this latest move. My password is not being recognized today (Jan 22/2012) and I'm not being allowed to make a new password. WHY???

My understanding of your post is that you can not sign in to the message board but have no issue with signing in to the census pages.

If that is not the case please explain.

Did you previously sign up to this new message board or did you try to sign in to the old message board which is read only?

Please provide me your user name for this new message board and I will look into it and get back to you.
