I believe there is a transcription error in this entry:

Fook Dee 26 British Columbia Victoria Victoria 20 41 40

We have evidence at the BC Archives of a Fook Lee in Victoria in the 1940's and I believe this may be the same individual. Also, Lee is a more likely transcription of the word, being a very common Chinese name. I think the first letter is an "L" rather than a "D".
