Hello,
Simon-Napoléon Parent has been a Mayor of Quebec City, a provincial deputy, a minister and then the liberal Prime Minister of the province of Quebec from 1900 to !905.
In 1911, he was living in Ottawa, as the president of a federal bureau dedicated to the management of water and rivers.
Here is his page to adjudicate in 1901 in the lower town of Quebec City:
http://automatedgenealogy.com/census/En ... sp?id=6748The whole subdistrict would deserve an adjudication with 319 requests for correction reported.
Thanks so much (and welcome back Alain, we missed you!)
Michel Dubois.
