Post subject: | New tricks for 1911. |
Hello, I have had a hard time to read the family surname of 4 members of the 'Deguire' family, badly transcribed as 'Deguay': http://www.automatedgenealogy.com/censu ... mode=proof By checking directly in LAC 1901 and simply giving 'William' as a given name and '5' years old. I immediatly got the 'Deguire' family. Another trick for finding spouse surname for those married between 1901 and 1911: look in BMS2000 for free and give husband full surname and first three letters of both given names for husband and spouse. You even see the city of marriage. Cheers, Michel Dubois. |
