Please define "United Church" - the United Church of Canada did not come into existence until June of 1925.

As per the DCB link, this is George Jehoshaphat Mountain, the 3rd Anglican (Church of England) Bishop of Quebec. The enumerator has somewhat misled us (at least looking from our modern perspective) by labelling the household "United Church of England & Ireland".

Michel - I have reference books on the Anglican Diocese of Quebec and the Mountain family ("Ten Rings on the Oak" published 1987) and I should be able to better identify more of the household as time permits. The crossed out name (Gray? Thomson of Lennoxville) also needs to be transcribed with a line note, and we'll have to figure out how to add that.
