There were two Athanase Lavoies in Manitoba at the time. To make things even more confusing, both had fathers named Eusèbe. The first two in this link is Athanase Lavoie, born in Ontario in 1875, son of Emilie Hogue. He was in fact singer-songwriter Daniel Lavoie's grandfather (Brasse, brasse, la passe à Thanase (La danse du Smatte)). The Athanase who married Corinne (Therrien) in 1910 was his nephew, son of his brother Eusèbe. This is all very confusing, I know, especially since I can't seem to find the first Athanase, who was a widower at the time, in the 1911 census. He went on to marry Virginie Paradis in 1914.
If you could unlink Athanase married to Corinne from uid=150172574, I could straighten out the rest (I think!).
