Hello,

I noticed that the 1881 links towards Ancestry.com are now blocked since a few days.

As an example:

http://automatedgenealogy.com/uidlinks/ ... =700335488

What's the problem?

Michel,

Please see Links to 1881 census reporting 404 error which deals with this issue.

I had a discussion with the site administrator on this issue and there are no simple solution. It appears that all the approx. 34,000 1881 links may need to be redone. The site administrator is analysing the situation to find the best solution.

Once he makes a decision on how it will be resolved, I expect to see something on this bulletin board.
