Not sure if this is the correct place for this.

In the 1901 Census district number 92, subdistrict p(1)-1 Page 7 Lines 37 - 40
Last Name is Lariviere

In 1911 District 37, Subdis Lorne page 5 line 38
Our last name was changed to Rivers.

Not sure how this should be indicated?

I think that I linked these 2 records.

The DOB is different for 1901 Fred Lariviere (1875) and (1911) William F. Rivers (1873) I am not sure which date is correct
but I think it is the 1875 Date (I am just starting to gather info. I have a copy of their Marriage Certificate but there is no DOB)

Dave,

I added "Lariviere" as an alternate surname to his family in the 1911 census.
I also did the 1901-1911 links for his wife Elizabeth and his daughter Velma.

As for the actual date of birth, the best source is the birth registration.
