Line 7 has been transcribed as Dolf Horn. This should be Alf (ie James Alfred Horn.
Line 18 has (correctly) been transcribed as ___ Horn. However, this is known to be Alexander Horn.

Les,

Your input is very much appreciated and welcomed.

I have reviewed your suggestions and agree that the enumerator entered for line 7 - "Alf" and for line 18 - "Alex".

Unfortunately none of the moderators are able to do corrections to the 1906 Census at this time (this currently requires the original transcriber to make corrections).

The next best thing is to provide "links" to other data sets where the name is transcribed properly.
To this end I have linked as many of the 1901-1906-1911, Manitoba (MBVS) birth, marriage and death records and Soldiers of the First World War as I could easily find. There are likely other links that I have missed but I will gladly add them if you could point them out to me

Cheers and have a great day,

Dan
