L125 records for 1911 have some of my family members shown as Lapinsky when in fact their name was Lapsansky. Of the 8 records, seven Lapinskys are actually Lapsanskys. The only one that is NOT identifiable as a Lapsansky is Jouka shown as age 12. Given the state of old records, I suppose this is possibly my Grandfather, Joseph, who was born July 17, 1900 (I have found him recorded as 2 on the 1901 census). If these people were all in the same household (something I cannot see here) then I am sure Jouka was actually Joseph.

Jody,

As the enumerator clearly wrote "Lapinsky", "Lapsansky" has been added as an alternative surname for every member of household 242 starting on page 23.
On page 24 line 2, the given name has been corrected to "Joseph".
