The surname of lines 11-14 should read "Speller" which is what I read the enumerator wrote. The actual name is Spiller as per the 1911 census and the Manitoba vital stats.
Also line 12 given name should be "Pearl J" instead of "Pearl".

I too had seen the original post and was checking the enumerators hand-writing on previous pages for consistency (or lack there of) of the written "i". Having found none I tend to agree with you.

The surname has now been changed to Speller, although just looking at the handwriting it could have just as easily been Spiller with the enumerator just missing the dotting of the "i".

I did note there is a marriage for a Sarah Spiller in 1920 and a Harry Spiller in 1924....I wonder if the original submitter has personal knowledge that would allow these two additional links to be added. As it sits right now (without any further evidence) I will leave those marriages un-linked.
